Construction

Construction Management
I need help selecting a contractor, architect, bank, attorney, technology firm, furniture company.  Can someone with experience help me design an RFP or otherwise select the team I need?

Once I choose the team, should I hire an “owner’s representative” to make sure the contractor and subs are doing what they said they would (is asphalt actually 2” thick, is roof done correctly, etc.).
